The startup plans on conduction business primarily in Azam market with a market size of 30k Shops with on average each shop holding 3-5 persons. Multiple Tea stalls locations will be acquired to ensure market presence.

The sales manager basic responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage the team: Assign sales territories,  train new employees, and handle paperwork
  • Set goals: Set sales targets and performance goals, and identify priorities ( will be assisted directly by the founder )
  • Develop strategy: Develop a sales plans to expand the customer base and maintain a strong industry presence ( will be assisted directly by the founder )
  • Coach and mentor: Provide feedback and coaching to team members, and help them improve their sales techniques and product knowledge
  •  Monitor: monitor the team's performance
  • Resolve issues: Resolve customer escalations, and ensure that clients are satisfied
  • Create a culture of learning: Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the team
