  • Diversity and inclusion: Ensure that the organization is inclusive and diverse, and that all employees are treated fairly. 
  • Employee relations: Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary procedures. 
  • Employee welfare: Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of employees. 
  • Strategic planning: Consult with top executives on strategic planning. 
  • Reporting: Provide HR reports to senior management teams.
