We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Incharge to oversee our inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you have a strong background in managing stock, maintaining inventory records, and leading a team, we want you to join our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and organization.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock audits.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular checks to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring products are correctly received and stored.
- Manage product display and organization within the store to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring productivity and a high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments for inventory requirements and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain store reports, including stock levels, product orders, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
