We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in bidding on Upwork, with a strong ability to generate sales and convert leads into long-term clients.
You should be confident, articulate, and possess a deep understanding of our industry. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of generating leads from various freelance platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms and submit compelling proposals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
- Maintain a high win rate by crafting persuasive and professional proposals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with Upwork and other platforms' policies and ensure compliance.
- Provide regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in bidding on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Proven track record of generating sales and winning projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development and related services.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
