Work Responsibilities:
- Managing truck drivers' schedules and routes.
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.
- Providing shipping details to customers.
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers.
- Documenting all calls,deliveries,routes, and times for pickups and deliveries.
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices.
- Hanfdling customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines.
Work Responsibilities:
- Sourcing carriers by speaking with them.
- Making Outbound calls and onboarding carriers.
- Managing truck drivers' schedules and routes.
- Building relationships with potential clients, explaining our services, and negotiating contacts.
- Submitting invoices as well.
- Maintaining records of Calls via Excel Sheet.
Experience:
- Should have at least 6 to 12 months of experience as atruck dispatcher in the USA region.
- Applicant must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and customer service skills.
- Appliucant must know USA geography and routes.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quicj decisions.
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines with drivers.
TIMING: 6:00 pm to 2:00 am
