Chief Services Manager

The Chief Services Manager for Cash in Transit (CIT) is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic management of all CIT services. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and profitable transportation of cash and valuables while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance CIT operations and services.
Align CIT services with the company’s overall business objectives and goals.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CIT processes and technologies.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of CIT services, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Manage and optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
Ensure all CIT vehicles and equipment are maintained and comply with safety standards.
Monitor and audit CIT operations to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Prepare and manage budgets for the CIT division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the CIT team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CIT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Familiarity with CIT technologies, including GPS tracking, security systems, and fleet management software.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.Previous experience in a similar role within the CIT or security services industry.
