Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems in vehicles.
Create detailed maintenance plans that include regular inspections, lubrication, part replacements, and system checks.
Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems.
Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to ensure vehicle reliability and performance.
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Implement and monitor adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during maintenance activities.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, and brakes.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to analyze maintenance data and implement effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
