We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. If you have a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales or the BPO industry.
- Must have an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Punctual, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making a minimum of 150 calls daily to potential leads.
- Meeting and exceeding daily KPIs and sales targets.
- Timely follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Demonstrating adaptability and persistence in cold calling.
Timings & Salary:
- Work hours: 1 PM to 9 PM.
- Salary: 50,000 PKR (Basic)+ 5000 PKR on each sale.
