Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Should know how to manage workers and communicate with them on daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Work closely with the Solar Cleaning Department and other teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business - Marketing/sales (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Can commute easily.
Time flexibility.
