Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques and processes and will be fluent in English. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a critical role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and customers
Identify and qualify sales leads
Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM / Excel Sheets
Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or telemarketing
Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
