Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze the healthcare industry's needs and demands for medical billing services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, highlighting the company's strengths and capabilities in medical billing.
  • Work closely with the operations and finance teams to develop competitive pricing models.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to showcase the company's expertise, technology, and value proposition.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of the medical billing services offered.
  • Negotiate contract terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Provide valuable feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to build a strong network within the healthcare sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary Range: PKR 60,000/- to 120,000 (Negotiable as per Medical Billing Experience)
