  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of HCM software, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems (e.g., ERP, payroll systems).
  • Configure and optimize system workflows, user permissions, and database structures to meet client-specific needs.

Database and Cloud System Management:

  • Work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) to manage data migrations, write queries, and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of cloud-based HCM solutions, addressing latency, scalability, and uptime issues.

Technical Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, integrations, and database errors.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to address advanced technical challenges or system bugs.

Process Optimization and Best Practices:

  • Analyze system usage data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend technical optimizations.
  • Advise clients on best practices for utilizing HCM software in a secure and compliant manner.

Client Training and Enablement:

  • Conduct technical training sessions to educate clients on system configuration, database maintenance, and reporting tools.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides to support client onboarding and self-service.

Collaboration and Client Retention:

  • Partner with the sales team and project managers to ensure client satisfaction during and after implementation.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing technical concerns and ensuring long-term system adoption and retention.
