Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage day-to-day operations of the campus maintenance.
  •  Ensure timely maintenance of the entire campus and upkeep of school assets.
  •  Handle vendor management at the school level, coordinating with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
  •  Report maintenance activities and issues to school leadership.
  •  Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  •  Maintain an inventory of school assets and ensure their proper upkeep.
  •  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  •  Oversee the scheduling and completion of maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to school activities.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to support school events and activities requiring maintenance support.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in an educational institution.
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  •  Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
