Take phone calls for sales and customer service
- Be able to perform customer service tasks
- Perform product research on web and create feature comparison matrix
- Write blogs, articles, email campaigns contents
- Make sales calls, pitch product, and set up product demos
- Perform product sales demos
- Monitor and reply vis chat on inquires related to general, sales and product support
- Search, export, and clean up customer list
- Run email campaigns In-Mail messages on LinkedIn
- Chat with existing customers regarding testimonials, case studies, and feedback
