Project Manager - Architecture / Construction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join SNK's team and oversee all phases of various projects in the fields of architecture, interior design, furniture manufacturing, construction, renovation, texture paint, and decor work. As the Company Representative, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet the goals and needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact and Company Representative for all phases of the projects/program.
Develop and manage the portfolio of projects, including reporting, strategic plans, and program initiatives to meet client objectives.
Continuously evaluate the contract scope of work against client goals and expectations, making adjustments as necessary.
Ensure effective use of project tools such as templates, sample documents, and software.
Facilitate communications between team members and clients, ensuring effective communication channels are maintained.
Ensure all tasks are completed within established leadership principles and service level agreements.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
Assist in the submission of statutory project documentation and approvals.
Review and manage procedures for handling changes to contract documents, valuations, drawing submissions, change orders, and substitutions.
Document project status, meetings, and correspondence to facilitate effective communication within the project team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in architecture and construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement processes, and labor management.
Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as required.
