We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to multitask. You will work closely with our marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, e-commerce trends, and platform updates.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation.
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Experience using customer support tools and systems.
