We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our call campaigns and increasing our client base. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in a UK English accent, to ensure seamless interaction with our UK clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to potential clients.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Increase the number of clients through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Maintain and update client information in our database.
- Collaborate with the UK office to align call strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and client feedback.
