We're looking for an expert WordPress developer to help with advanced technical issues.

Some of our problems you'll be solving:

Figuring out why we get errors from core web vital test results
Solving complex bugs on our eCommerce checkout page
Helping with user experience issues
Coming up with a system to catch bugs right away
Helping with systems to find spots where problems are occurring most
Reporting on issues and coming up with solutions
Removing unnecessary plugins
Speeding up our eCommerce website and meticulously checking for bugs
Building new pages/websites with speed in mind The right candidate is fast and won't spend time learning what to do.
They see the problem and come up with a plan of attack with a budget.
You must also be available for some of the working hours in our region.
We will not work with individuals who are not available when we start working.
You MUST be detailed oriented.
We only work with individuals who track their time on our project management system, progress and give clear estimates of when the work will be done.

The candidate must have a degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Development
