Customer Sales Representative (Korean/Japanese)

This is a full-time on-site role for Korean and Japanese speakers at our Islamabad location. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in Korean and Japanese language.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus but not mandatory.
