We are seeking fluent English Language speakers to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives in a call center environment. This role involves engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and driving sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Assist customers with product information and resolve inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call logs and records.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales role is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
