We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively sell.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and document interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
