he Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building partnerships and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating effective strategies to increase company revenue. The Business Development Manager will also encourage cross-functional communication, delegating tasks, and managing teams.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a business development role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proven track record in reaching sales targets
Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and inspire cooperation among colleagues
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data and use findings to inform strategies
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
An understanding of various marketing techniques and how they can be utilized to help achieve business objectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
