We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team in our dynamic call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
