The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling all incoming leads, conducting outbound cold calls, and converting prospects into customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies, nurture relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
    • Follow up on incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
    • Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure they are appropriately nurtured.
  • Cold Calling:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
    • Present SMA TECH’s products and services effectively, addressing client needs and objections.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
    • Close deals by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting and Collaboration:
    • Log all interactions and track lead progress in the CRM system.
    • Share feedback and insights with the team to refine outreach and sales strategies.
