Senior Digital Ads Expert" to join our dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives, i.e. to generate more leads and more sales.
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad targeting, and audience segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record (5-8 years experience) in managing successful Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Proficient in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
Preferably should be familiar with the idea of funnel marketing and related softwares such as ClickFunnels / GoHighLevel / Kajabi / ActiveCampaign, etc. This would be considered an advantage over other candidates.
Exceptional communication skills and English skills to collaborate with clients.
Must be able to handle Zoom video calls in English with clients from the US.

Candidates MUST submit their portfolio of past campaigns that they have executed proving their track record for running and managing FB & Google Ads.
Please don't apply if you are a newbie or have very less experience in FB/Google Ads.
We will prefer someone willing to work in-house. But if you are from a city other than Islamabad, we can consider remote work.
