Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Utilize personal networks and social media platforms to attract and engage potential clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of services offered, including Hajj, Umrah, study visas, visit visas, air ticketing, and travel visas.
File Preparation:
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and files for clients seeking travel-related services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Sales Goals:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
