Hajj / Umrah Booking Consultant

You will play a key role in growing our clientele for Islamic, Hajj, and Umrah journeys. We are looking for committed people with at least two years of expertise in organizing pilgrimage trips and providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Accountabilities:

Build relationships with clients by providing individualized service for Islamic trips, the Hajj, and the Umrah.
Respond to customer issues as soon as possible, figuring out appropriate fixes and eligibility for refunds.
Uphold accurate and standard-compliant communication with clients while remaining professional.
Keep up with rivals' policies and prices to improve our own services.
Make travel, hotel, and airline reservations anywhere in the globe.
Develop and improve Umrah and Hajj packages by taking trends and customer feedback into account.
Oversee the complete travel process to give customers a flawless experience.
Provide well-informed advice on flights and travel destinations throughout the world.

Qualifications:2+ years of comparable experience, ideally with reservations for the Hajj and Umrah. Fluency in Arabic is preferable; competency in English is essential. strong attention to detail and organizing abilities. outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. comprehensive knowledge of the customs, rules, and laws surrounding the Hajj and Umrah.
