This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Specialist at our Lahore location.

The YouTube Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing YouTube digital marketing campaigns, creating video content, monitoring and analyzing YouTube channel performance, and optimizing videos and channels for search and engagement.

Job Specification:

Experience: 3+ years in YouTube channel management and paid advertising campaign management.

Skills:

Proficiency in video creation, editing, and production software.
Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual skills.
Experience in developing and executing successful YouTube content strategies.
Expertise in building audience engagement through social media and online platforms.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Expertise in YouTube Studio, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience in video production, editing, and optimization.
Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM.

Responsibilities:

Run the day-to-day operation of the agreed number of YouTube channels.
Proactively use YouTube optimization and curation tools to create compelling brand experiences.
Write copy related to the videos programmed for the channels, either for site appearance or promotion elsewhere.
Devise and deploy optimal written metadata, including titles and tags.
Analyze trending patterns of videos in specific categories to understand audience preferences.
