Under the guidance, advice and support of the Project Coordinator, the Monitoring and Evaluation officer will play a crucial role in the project by ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes. He/she be responsible for the following:
- Will be responsible for designing and implementing M&E frameworks.
- Developing data collection tools, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.
- The officer will also collaborate with project teams to monitor project progress, identify key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
- Will conduct frequent field visits and will develop checklist for process and progress monitoring.
- Will highlight gray areas, timely share with line management and will develop a strategy and action plan for improvement.
- Will develop monthly tracking sheet and monitoring calendar
- Timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the line manager.
- Preparation and management of project documentation, record keeping and communication.
- Will be responsible to provide technical advices for project improvement.
- Work with multi-functional team and develop, recommend and implement programs, based on a portfolio of projects backed by both internal and external funding sources.
