We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Female Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to enhance the client experience and build client loyalty.
Monitor client wait times and ensure clients feel attended to and valued throughout their visit.

Staff Management:

Oversee staff schedules, and manage hiring, firing, and day-off requests.
Ensure all team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing efficiently.
Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high customer service standards.

Floor Management:

Monitor salon floor, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Address any maintenance needs promptly to keep operations smooth.

Software Management:

Handle client billing, manage deals, oversee staff attendance records, and control inventory using the salon's management software.

Inventory Control:

Manage incoming add outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.

Overall Salon Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
Monitor overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: Background in administration, with salon management experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Appearance: Must be presentable and wear appropriate attire on the premises.
