We are seeking a skilled Visa Consultant/Immigration Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and support to clients seeking visa and immigration services for various countries. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client eligibility for visa applications, work permits, and immigration services.
- Guide clients through the documentation and application process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations for countries such as Oman, Kuwait, and others.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate, timely advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ensure compliance with legal policies and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with immigration policies for Middle Eastern and European countries is a plus.
