Your main responsibility will be to support the sales efforts of the organization in promoting and selling Hajj & Umrah packages to individuals, groups, and organizations. You will work closely with the sales team and assist in achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Conduct research to understand the religious tourism market, including customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about religious tourism offerings, and address their concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and customer requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Regularly update clients with information about new religious tourism products, promotions, and offerings.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Assist in monitoring sales targets, achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, tourism management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry, hotels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales software.
