Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in clinical psychology.
Supervise and mentor clinical psychology students during their practicum and internship.
Conduct research in clinical psychology and contribute to scholarly publications.
Provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
Participate in departmental activities, including curriculum development and program evaluation.
Contribute to community outreach and mental health awareness programs.

Qualifications:

MS/M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.
Licensed/Registered Clinical Psychologist with relevant professional experience.
Strong teaching, research, and clinical supervision skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interpersonal skills.
Proven research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Skills:

Teaching & Supervision: Effective teaching methodologies, curriculum development, student assessment, and clinical supervision.
Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in various psychotherapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy).
Research Skills: Ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and publish findings in reputable journals.
Ethical Practice: Adherence to ethical principles and professional standards of practice in clinical psychology.
Interpersonal & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
