Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate nursing courses, conduct research, supervise student projects, contribute to curriculum development, participate in faculty meetings, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Nursing, relevant clinical experience, current nursing license, strong teaching and research skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Pedagogical Skills: Effective teaching methodologies, curriculum development, assessment design, students mentoring.
- Clinical Expertise: Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in relevant nursing areas.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct and publish research, supervise student research projects.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Professionalism: Maintain professional standards, ethical conduct, and commitment to lifelong learning.
