Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including student records, faculty files, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the college and with external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

Student Support:

  • Provide assistance to students with administrative matters, such as enrollment, registration, and fee payments.
  • Assist with the organization of student events and activities.
  • Maintain student records and databases.

Faculty Support:

  • Provide administrative support to faculty members, including scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and other academic resources.

General Office Management:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the college.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events.
