1. Ensure timely addition / enrolment of employees for insurance coverage and removal of separated employees as per the organization’s policy.
  2. Manage employee health insurance, reimbursements processing.
  3. Ensure renewal of employee health insurance policy.
  4. Ensure monthly reconciliation of insurance data.
  5. Responsible for keeping and maintaining departmental records.
  6. Resolve queries on priority with coordination of other relevant departments as required.
  7. Continuous follow-up on queries of the employee until their resolution.
  8. Prepare reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations of various projects and tasks as & when required.
  10. Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policy and procedures.
  11. Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
  12. Maintain professional growth by keeping abreast of HR trends and practices.
  13. Ensure compliance of HR policies viz a viz day-to-day operational activity.
