- Ensure adherence to JCIA, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Implement and enforce food safety policies, IFA, HACCP principles, and food hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas
- Perform internal food safety audits and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor vendor and supplier compliance with food safety requirements
- Develop and deliver food safety training for kitchen staff and food handlers
- Ensure staff compliance with food safety protocols and personal hygiene standards
- Oversee proper food handling, storage, and temperature control
- Monitor food quality and safety during preparation, delivery, and service
- Identify potential food safety hazards and implement corrective actions
- Investigate foodborne illness incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and training
- Prepare compliance reports for hospital management and regulatory bodies
