One will be monitoring the smooth running of computer systems and network and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them.
Individual tasks vary depending on the requirement of time but one will need to:
• Administer cloud-based Office 365 platform, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype For Business, MS Office, Outlook and Exchange
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications.
• Understanding of complementary technologies, such as AD FS, Azure Active Directory Connect and PowerShell
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replace parts as required.
• Ensure network security and Data Protectio
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Building and supporting virtualization technologies
• Deal with the admin role and responsibilities.
• Identify and troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connectivity.
• 2-4 years experience.
• Previous experience in an IT & helpdesk role
• Good knowledge of Networks and Active Directory environments
• Excellent communication skills about technical issues.
