Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define key social media KPIs such as engagement rate and conversion rate.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign using specific metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies.
- Video editing and content creation for different social media platforms
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to continuously improve content.
- Embrace additional tasks as they arise to support the overall marketing strategy.
Desired Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience in audience and buyer persona research.
- Proficient understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
