Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define key social media KPIs such as engagement rate and conversion rate.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign using specific metrics.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies.
Video editing and content creation for different social media platforms
Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to continuously improve content.
Embrace additional tasks as they arise to support the overall marketing strategy.

Desired Skills:

2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience in audience and buyer persona research.
Proficient understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
