This is why Sesil attentively listens to those who practice martial arts and works closely with top brands to design, create and manufacture new ranges of equipment. In our company,we thoroughly check and concentrate on each and every step of production process, from raw material to packaging. Separate departments are allocated for production of martial art uniforms, boxing equipment and sportswear. Combined with our strong management, we provide unmatched service at every level. Our grain fabric is weaved using our own weaving looms for correct specification as per requirements. This enables us to cater all our client fabric needs. Along with that, our in-house fabric stores have around 300,000m fabric running at all times. Large varieties of different materials from raw fabrics to bleached and dyed fabrics are readily available. We recently directed our fabric production to as per required by the new IJF rules for few of our clients. Latest machinery and skilled workers are employed to manufacture the high quality products. State-of-the-art machines are used in different departments. Pattern machines are used by the cutting department to ensure most accurate sizing of garment. Our in-house Japanese embroidery machines are used to provide high quality embroidery as per the demands of our clients. Our monthly production capacity has been growing over the years. Currently we are manufacturing around 50000-55000 uniforms and 20000-25000 pairs of boxing equipment per month while still maintaining the same standard of outclass quality.
