Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and implement HR operational strategies to streamline processes and improve service delivery within the manufacturing sector.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to drive decisions regarding workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals and seeks to attract top talent.
  • Implement employee development programs that foster skills improvement and career growth within the organization.
  • Address employee relations matters efficiently, serving as an escalation point for complex issues while promoting a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and offer strategic solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining proper documentation and reporting to mitigate risks.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of HR programs, utilizing feedback to continuously improve practices and policies.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization by advocating for equitable practices and representation.
  • Handle performance management processes, including evaluations, talent identification, and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for HR team members to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
