Our platform makes it easier for wholesale businesses to connect with other businesses.

And our main goal is to help wholesale businesses come online and eventually expand their operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate products using features and benefits.
  • Generate recurring revenue by subscribing and onboarding new customers based in the USA through outbound and inbound telesales operations.
  • Communicate effectively the features and benefits of our SAAS products to the potential leads and prospects landed through cold and qualified data.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, converted customer, and their revenue cycle.
  • Perform customized presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets for the month, quarter, and annual bases through an effective sales strategy. 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to the new and existing customers.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication (both written and verbal) with management, customers, leads, prospects, and technical staff.
  • Maximize customer retention through effective client success procedures and implementable practices. 
  • Ensure timely transfer of deliverables and strict compliance of SLAs.
  • Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers.
  • Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience. 

Required Skills:

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (in English)
  • Neutral or American accent for spoken English. 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Google meet, anydesk, team viewer (or any other screen sharing and conferencing tool)
  • Ability to write detailed and technical data in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner
  • Adept at working with multiple teams smoothly

Required Qualification:

  • At least 12 years of education (Candidates with A/O levels background will be preferred)

  • Must be familiar with the sales cycle of SaaS-based products and have proven experience in tech sales.

  • Proven 1-year experience of working as Sales Executive/ Account Executive or in a similar role for tech companies or similar products.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience will be preferred.

Job Timings:

  • 7 PM – 4 AM

  • Saturday & Sunday off.
