Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience 10-12 years in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in cybersecurity and data protection.

- Hands on experience in JAVA is a must.
- Experience on latest coding and programming languages like python, java reactive streams will be a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Job Purpose:
As the Deputy CTO of Secure Tech Consultancy, you will be responsible for shaping the company's technology vision, strategy, and execution in line with the guidelines given by the CTO. Likewise, following the vision of the CTO, you will provide leadership and guidance to our technical teams, foster innovation, and ensure that our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the cybersecurity and data protection industry.
Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision, while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Product Development: Oversee the development of cybersecurity and data protection solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology, cybersecurity, and data protection, and drive innovation within the organization.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry organizations.
Security Compliance: Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to cybersecurity and data protection standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for using information assets by the organization's information security policies and procedures.
The employee shall be responsible for abiding by the company’s security policies and procedures and instructions issued from time to time. If any additional role related to security or safety is assigned, the employee is responsible for accepting and fulfilling the requirements of the role.
