Sales Import Manager - Freight Forwarding

The Sales Import Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our import services. This role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for import services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of import regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
