Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order placement.
- Assist customers with after-sales support and handle queries.
- Manage and maintain customer records.
- Help resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams when needed.
Requirements:
- Monday to Saturday (11am to 11pm)
- Sunday (4pm to 10pm)
- Strong communication skills (both Urdu and English).
- Customer-friendly attitude.
