Diagnostic Technician

The Diagnostic Technician is responsible for carrying out and Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, quick repairs and important mechanical issues, Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic tests on all Toyota vehicle models.
Identify and diagnose issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
Perform repairs and maintenance work on Toyota vehicles, as needed.
Use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools to diagnose and repair issues.
Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Document all work performed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements:

ITI or diploma in Automotive.
Toyota Diagnostic certificate is required.
At least 3 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician in a Toyota dealership or similar setting.
Proficient in using specialized diagnostic equipment and tools.
Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
