We are seeking highly confident and motivated Backend Support Intern to join our team. The ideal candidates will handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email requests with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in English and the ability to provide services to native English-speaking customers are essential. The successful candidates will possess the communication and interpersonal skills needed to efficiently resolve issues and provide exceptional support.

Objectives:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails efficiently.
  • Address support team needs with the goal of total satisfaction.
  • Meet department performance and quality targets.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of departmental services, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage with backend stakeholders in a professional, friendly manner to deliver top-tier support.
  • Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintain accurate daily documentation of issues and resolutions for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Maximum 1 year of experience in a customer support, sales or customer service role in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
  • Problem-solving ability, with the skills to manage conflicts and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
