- Must have hands-on experience of Upwork biding
- Ability to maintain a high rating on all bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiver
- Must be capable of converting prospects to customers/clients
- Attention to detail, hardworking, and ability to take initiatives
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
