Sr. Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at SANHAT Private Limited. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Morgan, Morganite and National grades carbon brushes to clients within Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable carbon brush solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector. Experience in sales of carbon brushes will be preferred.
Knowledge of carbon brushes or related products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel within Punjab and Pakistan to meet clients as needed.
A degree in a related field is preferred.
